Terms and Conditions

If you are one of the many removers who has contacted me regarding leaving the NGRS please pay particular attention to the sections in your contract on what you have to do to terminate your NGRS membership and also the penalties involved in continuing to use images and/or logos from the Guild. Failure to comply completely will almost certainly result in the Guild pursuing you through the courts for many thousands of pounds in penalties coupled with ridiculously high legal fees.

If you want to know the kind of low life you're dealing with then look no further than NGRS founder Mr Geoff Salt who openly admitted on camera that his aim was to end up with one remover's own house. He even called the remover a 'piece of sh*t'. That's what the NGRS think of people like you!

Past experience indicates that the Guild are not interested in settling such matters quickly in a manner that most people would consider fair. In every case I've come across the first offer to settle is so ridiculously unfair it leaves the remover with little choice other than to fight the case. It would appear that the Guild's tactics are designed to encourage the matter to go as far as possible in order to generate many more thousands of pounds in legal fees which is where the real profits in these actions can actually be achieved.

Below is a link to the NGRS Terms and Conditions for 2015. This is the latest copy I currently have. If you have any information you think would help current members leave the Guild without being sued then please let me know.
